9 Account Suspension, Closure and Liability Limits

If voluntary negotiation fails to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under procedures determined by gcup5, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any claim against gcup5 must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are entirely void.
